BudaPart has won two new international awards
With its residential buildings ’A’ and ’C’, handed over only a few months ago, BudaPart has been awarded the “Best Residential Development” Award. The developer of the quarter, Property Market, received in the “Residential Property Development” category, at the 3rd CRE Awards Gala organized by Europa Property. The award winners were announced on January 30th, at the InterContinental Hotel in Budapest.
The concept of the neighbourhood is to combine the tranquillity of nature and, while residents, employees and visitors can also experience the feeling of vibrant urban life.
The BudaPart project, implemented by Market Építő Zrt., is more than a real estate development: besides the construction of residential and office buildings, several infrastructures, human resources, and transport-related developments are also realized, which are recognized by the regional real estate professionals with prestigious awards.
The winner of the international competition, organized by Europa Property in 20 categories, was selected by a jury of nearly 30 professionals, so it is an outstanding achievement that the Hungarian development was recognized with two awards as well.
