New management appointed at the development and at the asset management company of BudaPart

As of May 1, 2020, Dr. Mihály Schrancz, former Development Director of Property Market Real Estate Development Ltd., has been appointed Managing Director of the company. Dr. Bence Nádasdy will hold the position of managing director of the group's asset management company, Kopaszi Gát Ltd., from 1 May 2020.

Since its founding in 2015, Gergely Árendás has managed Property Market Ltd. and Kopaszi Gát Ltd. The owners would like to thank him his successful work in launching and implementing the BudaPart project so far. He will continue to work with Market Group on real estate issues.

The owners have decided to create this new organizational structure in order to successfully establish the BudaPart neighbourhood and other large-scale real estate development projects and to achieve their long-term goals.

So far 266 apartments in 2 residential buildings and a 20,000 m2 office building have been handed-over, 3 residential buildings and 2 office buildings are under construction. As part of the investment, another 20 buildings are planned to be developed.
