The largest real estate development in the modern-day history of the capital has reached a significant milestone: the construction of yet another building on BudaPart kicked off in January. BudaPart DOWNTOWN is part of the fourth phase of the project, and functions as a hotel and office building. The Radisson Hotel Budapest BudaPart will be operated by the international hotel chain Radisson Hotel Group. Highlighted as the first Radisson branded property in Hungary, the full-service hotel will deliver Scandinavian-inspired hospitality, which enables guests to focus on a work-life balance and find harmony in their travel experience.

Property Market Kft. is launching the development of another residential building in the neighbourhood built next to the Kopaszi Dam. The BudaPart Homes ‘F’ will be completed in the fourth phase of the ten-year investment. Built with innovative architectural and construction technology solutions, the residential building offers modern homes over eight floors.

From October 19, 2020, Mariann Tóth will join the management team of Property Market, one of the largest real estate developers in Hungary. The new office leasing director, Mariann will be responsible for managing leasing activities of BudaPart, a large scale mixed use project in Budapest, as well as the company’s further real estate developments.

The first office building of the new neighbourhood BudaPart, handed over in February, has been declared as an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient building, by international standards. Developed by Property Market, BudaPart GATE has been awarded the LEED GOLD certification, recognizing the building's sustainability efforts on a global scale.
