Pre-registration for BudaPart Residential Building ‘I’

In Buda’s most exciting waterfront district, BudaPart, the pre-registration period has begun for the BudaPart Homes ‘I’ residential building. The uniform eight-story building will house a total of 178 apartments. Located right next to the central park, the building offers a range of apartment sizes, modern engineering solutions, sustainable technologies, and a landscaped inner garden for its future residents.

More than just an apartment

Customizable turnkey homes starting from 30 m²

BudaPart Homes ‘I’ will be the 11th residential building in the neighborhood. Designed by the KÖZTI architectural studio, this eight-story development will include 178 apartments ranging in size from 30 to 145 square meters.

The project is being realized with a strong focus on quality and sustainability, emphasizing modern technical solutions. Thanks to its geothermal heating system, the building will be energy-efficient, and the entire development will meet the A+ energy rating requirement.

Future residents will be able to personalize their homes, and in more than half of the apartments, the kitchen furniture will be included in the standard fittings. Comfort will be ensured by ceiling heating and cooling, digital thermostats, and a smart home system. The building will also feature a private inner courtyard, and every apartment will have either a balcony or a terrace.
