BUDAPART OFFICES
BudaPart offices
Inspiring environment
Office buildings surround residential buildings along the roads bordering the renovated city district.
Parallel to Dombóvári Road, a shopping street is being developed between these two functions, where numerous restaurants and services are already available.

CURRENT TRANSPORT LINKS AND LOCAL SERVICES
The district is very easy to reach: Deák Square, for example, is 3.5 kilometers away and can be reached comfortably in less than half an hour by public transport or in 10-15 minutes by car. Public transport connections to the area are constantly expanding. Tram line 1 now takes passengers to Kelenföld, connecting the district to the M4 metro line, and bus line 154 runs as a circular route on an extended route, now also serving the Kopaszi-gát and BudaPart areas.
In addition, the investor is improving the accessibility of the district by modifying the routes of bus services in southern Buda and increasing the frequency of services. The second phase of the Buda tram network is expected to begin in the near future, and the development of the Southern Circular Railway is already underway, thanks to which BudaPart will also get a new stop called Nádorkert. In addition, the construction of the Galvani Bridge connecting South Buda and South Pest is expected, which will significantly contribute to reducing traffic in the area. In connection with each phase, specially developed traffic light junctions will be constructed, which will not significantly reduce the traffic capacity of the roads bordering the investment.
