For clients purchasing an apartment in BudaPart Residential ‘K’, the BRK building, we provide a voucher valued at HUF 200,000, redeemable in IDdesign stores, which also includes the opportunity to receive a one-hour interior design consultation with an IDdesign specialist, available on a pre-scheduled basis.[1]
The voucher may be redeemed in IDdesign stores in accordance with IDdesign’s applicable terms and conditions. The interior design consultation is a service provided by IDdesign as an independent service provider and may support the planning and furnishing of the purchased apartment.[2]
Purchasers who execute a Registration Agreement for an apartment in the BRK building between 20 February and 31 March 2026 shall be eligible to receive the voucher and complimentary interior design consultation.
The voucher will be provided upon handover of the apartment, following the execution of the final Sale and Purchase Agreement and full payment of the purchase price.
The voucher may be redeemed for 6 months from handover. If the voucher is not used within the specified validity period, it shall expire automatically, and the validity period may not be extended. Eligible purchasers will be provided with separate information regarding the detailed terms and deadlines for redemption and for scheduling the interior design consultation.[3]
