Pre-registration has opened for the “BRI” residential building, the newest addition to Buda’s most exciting waterfront district, BudaPart. The unified-design, eight-story building will offer a total of 178 apartments. Located directly next to the inner park, the building will feature apartments of various sizes, modern engineering solutions, sustainable technologies, and an inner courtyard to welcome its future residents.
The BudaPart “BRI” building will be the 11th residential property in the area. Designed by the KÖZTI architectural firm, the eight-story building will include 178 apartments ranging in size from 30 to 145 square meters. The project emphasizes quality and sustainability, focusing on modern technical solutions. Thanks to its geothermal heating system, the building will be energy-efficient, and the entire property is designed to meet an A+ energy rating. Residents will have the opportunity to personalize their homes, and more than half of the apartments will include a built-in kitchen as part of the standard equipment. Comfort will be enhanced by ceiling cooling and heating, digital thermostats, and a smart home system. The building will also feature a private inner courtyard, and all apartments will include a balcony or terrace. Pre-registration for the new apartments begins in early October 2025.
The newest building in this district of Újbuda will be developed next to the central park, in a nature-inspired environment, making it an ideal choice for those who appreciate both green harmony and urban vibrancy. The ground floor will host retail units, private storage spaces, and parking spots—the latter available with electric charging options. A 24-hour concierge service and audio intercom system will ensure residents’ convenience and safety.
Since the project’s launch, 1,689 apartments have been completed across 10 residential buildings, with another 226 currently under construction. Following the handover of the BRI building, more than 80% of the planned residential developments in BudaPart will be complete. The location and unique features of the district continue to add value, with 85% of existing homes already sold. The long-term goal is to deliver 2,500 apartments, creating a fully-fledged, modern urban neighborhood in the heart of Budapest.
